2. Services Provided

Ops-Copilot offers automation consulting, implementation, training, and managed retainer services.
Each engagement is governed by a written proposal, service agreement, or statement of work (SOW) specifying deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue certain features at any time to enhance performance or user experience.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

  • Not misuse our platform or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, data protection regulations (including GDPR), and platform policies.

If we suspect misuse or breach of these terms, Ops-Copilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a proposal or SOW:

  • All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

  • Payments are made in the agreed currency via approved methods.

  • Late payments may incur administrative fees or service suspension.

Custom retainers or subscriptions renew monthly or annually as agreed upon at the time of engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or business information shared during the engagement.
No data, credentials, or workflow assets shall be shared with third parties without written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate access or cancel engagements if:

  • Payment terms are breached,

  • Mutual consent to discontinue services is agreed upon.

Upon termination, all confidential data will be securely deleted or returned as per our Security Policy.
